Inhale, exhale



I did Chi Kung this morning, how surprising for someone who would sleep in at that time.
They focus entirely on your breathing and movement of your body, just not how dogs do it.

Deep breath in,
Relaxing breath out.
Don't tense your muscles.
Don't breathe like a dog, you'll die fast like them.
Breathe like turtles, that's why they can live for centuries.
Except for turtles that die early on their way to sea, sigh.

Cold and comfortable.
Sunday morning, I think I like mornings.
