Words Of Wisdom

Watch your thoughts; they become words.

Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.

2010; Unforgettable

So the year has finally come to an end. I realize a good way to reminiscence would be to post up some memorable events that happened throughout the year. It would be illogical to actually point out every single happenings, I'll just be going through my facebook photos this year. Cheers to everyone. :)

Chinese New Year caroling! I was one of the MCs for the day! :D

My creative day with Shahid Rogers. We found out the Chemistry we have together as we got very fascinated about what we done that day.

Fusion, the academy of performing arts. My album surprisingly caught the eye of one of the director and I got employed for the first time, and probably didn't do as well as I expected, a great experience though!

The departure of Manojh from 4 Omega was disappointing, we liked him enough to know the class would be a whole lot different without him, what a bummer.

Wesak eve, where helping out in the temple wouldn't be boring and on top of that, you get to see a few familiar faces.

My school's sports day.

Camp Lions in Singapore. Extreme and flawless.

Tokio Hotel live in Malaysia! They were awesome alright!

The passing of my grandfather was indeed saddening to my family. That entire period from when he was diagnosed until a month later was never easy to begin with.

Another departure that leaves an empty space within a lot of people.
My brother, Jeremy Kuan leaves for Australia to further his studies.

Broga Hills, another place I've always wanted to go and my wish was fulfilled, thanks guys.
We needed some fresh air right after my brother left though. :P

My school's talent quest.

<span class=

World Stage 2010. As forgetful as I am, I'll never ever forget that night.

Change Your World, a Christian event.

Ee shen's pool party. We rocked the entire apartment alright.

Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia.
Malaysia's first ever professional women golf tournament.

Glory for SJBA as we emerge as overall champions for the first time and we're looking forward to defend our championship next year, it's on like donkey kong!

A Halloween trick or treat around the neighbourhood of Sunway PJS9. What a night.

Sunway Lagoon. Free access to all parks thanks to Jordan Khoo, we really enjoyed ourselves to the max.

A serene weekend in Johor with relatives.

I got the opportunity to be one of the photographers for my school's prom this year, I was disappointed of my pictures though, but it was a good experience. ;)

Swea Phin's art gallery. The part of the year where we strolled around certain areas to get a good drink or a tasty bit of frozen yogurt, my first by the way. We also bought Snowflakes and crashed Swea Phin's place while we enjoy a competitive game of Monopoly, awesome.

Last but not least, Youth Dhamma Camp 19, 5 days and 4 nights of heart and soul.
The last quarter of the year was just great, I'd like to thank some of my friends from YS as they were the ones who filled this last two months of my holidays with memorable events. All I have mentioned above is just a brief explanation of some of the great things that has happened throughout my year.

2010 has been incredible and outstanding, by that I mean its probably one of the best years I've ever experienced in my life, I'm sure of it. The number of new people I've met is pretty impressing to me and it just gets better and better.

I've met people that inspired me, motivated me, interest me and many more. If this is all lined up for me then I have to say, I couldn't be more thankful. Hopefully 2011 will be offering much more. :)

Three From Singapore

To be honest, about a year ago I thought of always wanting to visit Singapore and during June this year I had my chance, better than just a vacation, an extreme dhamma camp in Singapore and it was amazing. Made wonderful friends that I thought I'd only see them again next year. But I was delighted to see three of them again at YDC(Youth Dhamma Camp) that was happening from the 24th to 28th of December, what a pleasant surprise!

The picture above was taken just this afternoon, after an epic game of futsal a day after camp with some other friends from YDC itself; before leaving for Times Square in Kuala Lumpur to send them off for their ride back home. Oh, the Singaporeans are Forester, the guy at the bottom, Jian Yong, The guy in red and Yeow Chong, the magician at the top right.

This one thing I'd like to point out about them would be their interest, or obsession towards Malaysian ladies. They cracked some of us up with their "romantic" stories, random statements about their little experiences or who they admired for a while.

Happy Birthday, Mom

You know, I wish I have good hand-writing and have the ability to relax while doing these kind of things, cause when you don't relax and focus, you end up messing everything up like how I did on the mama award above. If you'd like to know what I did wrong, click here. I just hope mom doesn't mind, I hope no one minds.
Happy Birthday Mom! :)

Stumble Well

To: *someone*
Photobucket
From: Secret Santa(me)

This is my Christmas gift to a friend from camp that I should know who by now. This is a scheduled post by the way, it should be my third day in camp now. I hope he/she likes it. In case you didn't know, I've only bought a present for someone myself once in my life before last Wednesday, the 22nd of December, and this feeling to give someone something is actually quite fascinating to me, I feel happy! :)

Erstwhile

My first time present in a prom and I'm amazed. Well, most of the events of that night were much expected but it still manage to give me a good sight into the future. A night where emotions were scattered all around and romance filled almost every single space in the area, everyone was pretty much lively, judging by their very, very stunning/beautiful/gorgeous outfits they appeared in.. it was a night to remember.

Performances that can make you want to attend to very attentively.

Hosts and classic acts that cracks you up instantly, while some others that impresses you.

I'm gonna miss them.

Curio 81

Curio, a graduation project done by the Class Batch 81 of The One Academy students.

I couldn't get my eyes off of that place, everything simply pleases me.
Come to think of it, these are some of the people that might be making the next movie, or the successor of some famous product company, I don't know.

I also had my first taste of tutti frutti!
