The Way It Is




So we put forth that kind of attention in our lives -
to notice that whatever arises passes away ;
whatever condition of your mind or body -
whether it is a sensation of..
pleasure or pain, feeling or memory, sight, sound, smell, taste or touch, inside or outside
- it is just a condition.







Place a hand on my head and say,
"I did not finish reading this book. :)"
