You were crashed by the waves of unsatisfaction..
It was hell..
It was stupid..
It was ... !
Imagine going out on the road, attempting to rule the streets..
and failing, when it shouldn't have happened,
it couldn't have happened,
it wasn't supposed to happen,
the end result, is worth crying with a raging heart.
The first day, we set off...
we played.. we fight..
shaking every thoughts on our mind.. we were awakened by USJ13, breaking the ice roughly.. we won, 21-20.
Second game.. USJ8, we won, 34-11. There, we got through the group stage.
Have you ever heard of the situation, deja vu? Maybe not, this creepy nerve never seemed to get you all feeling punched up. 7th April, 5.15pm, it was raining cats and dogs.. Delayed (We fast forward) Rain stops (We fast forward) Humid, warm, and uneven (We fast forward)..... USJ4, quarterfinals, game on. The scoreline every minute, you'd stuck your head to watch it go..... no difference, not much of a difference, pressure. Rusty as we are, that type of atmosphere is one we rarely experience, it can kill you from the inside. (We fast forward) Forth Quarter, it was beginning, to set fire on your soul, excitement, false entertainment, No, it didn't happen.. our star-player, our playmaker, our best player.. our number 5, Loo Jen-ning, Fouled out! at the closing stages.. the final minutes of the game.. the part where we'd need someone like him most.. he was out of the game. We fight, we continue this fight, as best as we could.. 3 minutes.. 2 minutes.. the final minute. It was a neck to neck finish, no one would dare predict the result.. 30 seconds, we fight.. 20 seconds, we fight.. 10 seconds, we fight..
The score, was 24-24.. with 7 seconds left to play
Subang Utama has the ball..
plenty of hesitations..
no one dared to make a sound..
no one dared to make a move..
we could only.. watch it.
helpless.. so darn helpless.
Overtime~
everything was flying.. for that 5 minutes of overtime
like something awaits the loser, and the winner..
but which, to be ready for which?
They score, we score..
28-28
Free throw for them
he makes one out of two
Free throw again, for them
he makes one out of two, again.
28-30
the clock, ticking down
28-30
emotions, were spinning around
28-30
we try to make every rebound
10 seconds left
every second, counts.
4 seconds
28-30
3 seconds
we open the ball
2 seconds
we struggle
1 second
he threw the ball
